This sculpting deep tissue head and scalp massage creates lymphatic drainage in the face and neck for a more sculpted look as well as releasing tension in the face and head for a good lifting effect.  Cleansing followed by a deep 45 minute massage ending in buccal massage.  Followed by mask and moisturiser.  Results in extreme relaxation and radiance.

DEEP RESET Facial

This is an advanced cumulative facial of cleansing, acu treatment in face and ears, LED Light therapy followed by a relaxing 20 minute massage (manual, face cupping, gua sha are methods used in different sessions) resulting in a calmed nervous system, collagen stimulation, TMJ release, softened lines and facial rejuvination.  Packages are recommended for best results - these will include a few sessions of mirconeedling.

This is a great alternative to Botox and Fillers!

8 Sessions of Cosmetic Acupuncture interspersed with 2x sessions of Microneedling.

More sessions can be added if necessary.

10 Sessions over 3 months

A deep cleanse, followed by light massage to prepare the skin for microneedling on the face, neck and decolletage. Followed by serum, mask and cooling ice globes. Best done once a month for a series for best results.

Microneedling

This is for those struggling with tight jaw masseter muscles from tension and grinding. Might be resulting in a lot of tension in the face and possibly headaches.

The treatment includes a gentle cleanse, then very thin acupuncture needles are placed in the masseter muscles to slowly induce a release of those muscles while sitting under a Celluma LED Infrared Light shield.  The LED light is a great tool for inflammation and warming the muscle to slowly release.

After 15 minutes, Infrared Light and Needles are removed followed by a Buccal Massage to really induces a release of tension in the jaw and cheek area.  

This is a wonderfully relaxing treatment.
Multiple sessions could be recommended depending on the severity of tightness in the jaw at a bundle price.

Buccal is an intra-oral massage.  I use gloves and at first can seem a little uncomfortable as I work the muscles from the inside which really amplifies the results of a facial.

In general, buccal massage helps with overall circulation and lymphatic drainage and flow, especially if your facial muscles are super tense. Most clients don’t even realise how much tension they were holding in these muscles, until I release it.  This is excellent if you suffer with TMJ! 

There is often quite a good lift achieved from using this technique along with good lymphatic drainage and radiance from having those hard to reach areas stimulated.


Buccal / Intra Oral Massage

LED light therapy is wonderful for inflammation or Collagen induction using the red light.  Blue light is great for any acne as it helps lower bacterial inflammation.  I use a CELLUMA device which is FDA approved and safe. 
 Celluma LED light therapy devices use specific wavelengths of light energy to improve cellular health by accelerating the repair and replenishment of compromised tissue cells for enhanced results.  This is also great for pain management and hair restoration.

This is a beautiful shoulder, neck and Indian Head Massage using acupressure points and different techniques to work fascia releasing tension and stress and promoting healthy hair. It also includes a facial of cleansing, exfoliation, flow massage followed by a moisturising mask and serum. It's good to leave the oil in the hair for a few hours if possible. Expect extreme relaxation and a beautiful glow.

10 minute consult followed by auricular (ear)acupuncture.  Ear seeds are then placed to replace needles to continue stimulating points for the remainder of the day.  The ears are powerful points for meridians of the body. This is where embryonic folding occurs for the nerves that then grow and disperse elsewhere in the body. It is also an instant Vagus Nerve stimulation to create Rest and Digest / Parasympathetic Nervous System.  Great for addictions, anxiety and strengthening the organs that need added support.
