The first thing I do when I land in London is book a visit to Zowie. I travel a lot and have a lot of massages - often as a result of the travel! - and Zowie really is one of the best massage therapists I have ever come across. She is technically brilliant, but what makes her so special is her instinct. If you allow her, she’ll draw on different therapies as she goes, depending on what she feels will benefit you most. It’s sometimes hard to put your finger on exactly what makes a massage therapist exceptional - but Zowie just is.

Zowie’s massage and the all round experience was so healing. I felt held with care in the space; her attunement, quality and specificity of touch and grounded energy helped me to release a lot of tension and leave feeling peaceful and reenergised. Would highly recommend!
