it was quick, efficient and lovely (albeit painful) before the start of each session, syaz always inquires about the state of my skin and which part i would like to tackle that day! i can't wait to fully get rid of my facial hair 🤩

Syaz really made the experience comfortable and I was initially worried that the zapping was painful but she has skill. With the numbing cream application, the pain was short and kept to a minimum. Thanks Syaz!
