I went in for my first ever microneedling session feeling genuinely nervous, and Sinead made the whole experience so comforting. She was kind, patient and reassuring from start to finish, explaining each step and checking in on me throughout so I never felt rushed or anxious. It honestly felt like being looked after by someone who truly cares. I left feeling calm, confident and already looking forward to my next session and the results. Sinéad was fantastic. She educated me on my skins current condition without over complicating it or suggesting multiple “quick fix” solutions. She took the time to research the products I used and walked me through why certain products would and wouldn’t work on my darker skin complexion specifically, which I highly appreciated. Her dedication to her craft is clear throughout the entire session.
