What stood out most from this experience was Shernella’s professionalism. She clearly explained what she was doing and ensured that any questions or concerns were addressed, allowing you to make informed decisions with confidence. The ambience was calm, soothing, and welcoming. I am afraid of having needles on my brows, but her gentle touch might just help me decide sooner rather than later.
