From the moment I arrived, staff were welcoming and instantly made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was calming, which paired perfectly with the firmer treatment style I chose. I really enjoyed that balance — it felt soothing while still allowing me to feel the benefits of the massage afterwards. The head spa was incredibly relaxing and the foot massage was the perfect addition. Simone was attentive, professional and made the whole experience feel personalised. I left feeling refreshed and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful self-care treatement.
