Flying Pole

Aerial Chains is a special workshop focused on strength, control, fluidity and creative movement on chains.

We’ll explore technique, shapes, transitions and personal movement research, always leaving space to discover your own way of moving with the apparatus.

Offered once or twice a month in a small-group setting.

Private use of the studio for one person. The studio is reserved exclusively for you during your booking.
