Fantastic service from Hayato from start to finish. Welcomed by their receptionist who took care of me and guided me to my hair stylist (Nana). I purchased the Japanese straightening treatment and a hair cut. My hair is naturally curly and with the treatment it left my hair soft and straight. Nana my hair stylist took care of me, she is very focused and dedicated to her job role. She explained everything step by step and made me feel comfortable as this was my first visit to a salon in the UK. Highly recommend Hayato, will be making another visit soon.

ナナさんはとてもプロフェッショナルで、話していて楽しい方でした。ヘッドスパを受けるのは今回が初めてでしたが、施術の内容を一つひとつ丁寧に説明してくださり、とても細やかな対応をしてくれました。おかげで終始リラックスしながら楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました

I had am amazing experience in Hayato. Nana was my hairdresser. She was professional and friendly and made me feel welcome. We initially had a consultation regarding new colour and bleach and she explained everything thoroughly. The end result was as expected and explained and I was very happy! The haircut was amazing and perfect for my hairtype and face. Best hair salon i have ever been too, and Nana was the best!
