I love to help clients understand how massage can benefit them and what the process is. It’s my goal to make everyone feel comfortable and ease their pain. I use different approaches such as torsion, compression, trigger point, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, skin rolling, Swedish, assisted stretching, and deep tissue. typically use a combination of these techniques through a session depending on what you need. Wonderful experience. Lydia was so knowledgeable. And gave my information while also giving me a relaxing experience that I will be back for. I feel more relaxed than I’ve ever been coming out of a prenatal massage.
