As a graduate of The Massage School in 2008 located in Easthampton, I have had many years of practice with many clients with varying issues. I enjoy every modality with different pressure from just wanting to relax to getting into specific muscle groups to alleviate pain and discomfort. Stretches to help loosen up the muscle tissue and also focusing on those stubborn knots! Doing my best to help!!
