Kevin offers a deeply rejuvenating experience through his Ayurvedic yoga massage and Reiki sessions, creating a calming and welcoming environment that clients find transformative. Many describe the combination of gentle stretches and deep tissue work as both grounding and relaxing, often leaving them feeling lighter and more connected to themselves. With a focus on individual needs, his treatments are praised for their ability to melt away tension and promote overall well-being.

Five stars somehow don’t do justice to my experience. Balance & Heal is a very warm and welcoming space and Kevin is an incredibly insightful and generous bodyworker. I came away feeling very privileged for the treatment I received. Cannot recommend enough!
