Karen helped me a lot in figuring out the causes of my symptoms. She always supported and encouraged me. I have now more energy, better sleep, less acne, and lost some weight and inflammation. Now I gained understanding and built a diet that is sustainable without restricting your body. Really happy that I get to share this journey with her.

Karen has been an inspiration and a vital cog in my journey and fight against cancer. She introduced me to vital breathing techniques, sound advice on eating healthy and mindfulness, also for a gut microbiome test to include in-depth analysis and advice in healing my gut, body and mind.
