Amazing facial and back/shoulder/head massage with Karen. Her technique was spot on. The products used were lovely and smelt amazing. The whole treatment felt very personalised to my skin and needs. It was so relaxing, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed! Looking forward to my next one. Thank you Karen
