Joules is fantastic! She knows I find tattoo removal sessions uncomfortable and she tries her best to take my mind off of it and gives me distraction tips.

I recieved the caci treatment with Joules. From start to finish i experienced a professional service. She explained the procedure and it's benefits whilst keeping me calm and relaxed . After bombarding her with loads of questions and gaining lots of info I'd highly recommend Joules and her treatments . 5 stars from me
