Jo is a brilliant sports therapist. Very skillful and professional. I've had multiple types of massage throughout my life, some good and some bad but Jo is excellent! I'd very much recommend her for anything from an ongoing ache to a sports injury!

This is my 3rd session with Jo. I’m already feeling the benefits, lower back is feeling so much better, tight shoulders have regained much more movement. Highly recommend.
