Jennie is wonderful. She is very good at what she does and has healing hands. Friendly, warm and sincere, I highly recommend her. The spa is a relaxing peaceful environment and beautifully decorated.

I visited the Urban Spa for the first time today and didn't know what to expect. To my surprise, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Jennie is a master of her trade. I felt totally relaxed after my treatment. I will be visiting again soon. Thank you, Jennie.
