Jack is a Sport & Exercise Science graduate currently completing a Master’s in Physiotherapy. With a strong interest in movement, mobility and recovery, he enjoys helping clients move freely and stay active. Outside the studio, his passion extends to endurance sport and adventure, having completed triathlons, ultramarathons and New Zealand’s 3,000km Te Araroa Trail.

This was my first visit to stretched and I really enjoyed it! Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable ensuring I understood what I was doing and stretching to my limits! Would definitely recommend!!
