I released a lot of emotion during my Reiki session and felt so calm and more balanced afterwards. I’ve learned a lot about coming back to my body and breaking things down into small steps to support myself through overwhelm. Would highly recommend ❤️

Lovely facilities, Holly was great. Reasonable prices. Also lots of treatments to choose from. Will go again. Favourite thing was therapy dog Katy/Katie. Recommended. .
