Extremely knowledgeable and put my mind at ease knowing the issues with my arm are very common and can be fixed with around 5 sessions. Answered all of my questions. Very happy.

Had an excellent experience at Sports science Kilarney Gardens. From the moment entering and being greeted by Heather, you already feel at home. The facility is top notch. Holly the owner and biocanetisist is so professional yet extremly supportive. I respect her professionalism and expert opining. Keep up the great work team and may your business grow.

Thank you so much Holly! I cant believe my knee is back strong again. I can now go back to my peak perfomance days as a teenager lol Seriously, very knowledgeable and technically sound team with right equipment and patience. Thank you.

Fantastic experience at the Sports Recovery Studio! My upper back massage was very professional, effective, and exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with so much less tension. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
