Hello, my name is Hilde. I qualified as a massage therapist almost 20 years ago. Then in 2019, dealing with chronic pain issues, I came accross Myofascial Release and it changed my life. Lovely, relaxing experience in beautiful, calm surroundings. Hilde was friendly and interested in why I had chosen my therapy. She offered an alternative which felt gentler but effective.

After reading Hilde’s story, I knew Myofascial Release was what I needed. After 16 years of back pain, I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I honestly couldn’t believe the relief after just one session! Hilde was so welcoming and explained everything brilliantly. I’m walking with ease instead of my usual limp/shuffle and was even able to stand and watch my son play football unaided, something I haven’t managed for 12–18 months. I’m not saying I’m cured, but this has given me so much hope! I’ll be booking weekly with Hilde. Thank you so much, you’re amazing! 😀 xx
