My treatment with Helen was superb. Prior to the appointment we had discussions about my health conditions and how the treatment would be tailored to work with them. On the day a further consultation was done to follow up. The treatment itself was thoroughly relaxing, I left feeling calm, refreshed and unknotted 🤩

I’ve been suffering with chronic pain in my left hip for some years now, this was after an accident and due to the injury being neglected, the joint has become very stiff and sore to work with, Helen’s work with the Sarga technique was and is amazing, so much more strength and consistent pressure skimming across my fascia, I felt instantly relaxed, Helen’s intuition was great, she knew instantly when to ease off and apply more when needed. Thank you Helen, I will be back, and referring you to friends and family.

The sarga massage was fascinating. It was very relaxing despite Helen being able to get deep into fascial tissue. I felt extremely exhausted after the massage: I’m guessing because it was shifting ‘stuck’ fascia. I’ll be back to experience more.

Helen was brilliant. She listened to everything that was going on for me, then adapted the massage accordingly. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and I will definitely be back!
