Hey, I’m Fran — a sports massage therapist! I’m really excited to be opening my doors to new clients. Sports massages are more targeted and involve techniques such as deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, stretching, compression, myofascial release, and much more. You don’t need to play sports to benefit from sports massage. You only get one body - why not give it the treatment is Deserves.

I’ve been having sports massage for a while from someone else and I’m really impressed. Fran managed to get the muscle in my neck that has been hurting for ages.
