Fabulous massage as always due to osteoarthritis in certain parts of my body. Extra massage was welcomed,felt very relaxed upon leaving would highly recommend Emma, looking forward to my next one.

Another amazing facial at Balm. I would recommend it to everyone. Such a lovely, relaxing experience and you leave feeling so refreshed afterwards. I always come away feeling amazing and can’t wait to go back.
