Every treatment is tailored to you, I take time to listen before I begin, so each session addresses what your body genuinely needs that day, whether that's releasing long-held tension, calming an overloaded nervous system, or simply giving yourself permission to rest.

I so enjoyed my Tropic facial and massage with Ellen. It was such a treat. She is very intuitive and so welcoming. I loved her room - a little haven.
