I highly recommend Carmen for sports massage. I have hip pain and an injury related to osteoarthritis, and Carmen has been incredibly helpful throughout my treatments. She is very mindful of my condition, listens carefully to my concerns, and adjusts the treatment accordingly. I always feel that I’m in safe and caring hands. Carmen is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me feel better. I’m very grateful for her support and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and skilled sports massage therapist.
