Nice experience overall. The staff were kind and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. My skin felt more hydrated afterwards. The treatment was more machine-based than expected, so if you prefer a more hands-on facial, it’s good to mention in advance. A good experience, salamat.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the calm atmosphere and felt your skin was more hydrated after your visit. We appreciate your insight about the machine-based aspect of the treatment, and will keep this in mind for those who may prefer a more hands-on approach.

Very clean and Ritz is a favorite of mine. She’s very professional and attentive to the client’s needs.
