Hi, I am Shannon - mother, wife and qualified remedial massage therapist! Offering Massage and Infrared Sauna services from my home studio. I use a variety of manual therapy techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, PNF and cupping, chosen based on your specific needs. This personalised approach ensures that each massage is therapeutic and targeted to address the root causes. Having suffered from back pain for most of my life, I very much appreciate the benefits of a good massage and am passionate about helping others feel the best they can in their body.
