Ellie at The Tides is Usui Reiki trained and offers 121 sessions in-person from a contemporary treatment room in Leeds, and distance healing globally. A grounded practitioner who believes in channelling energy healing in its simplest form, so it supports clients' busy lives; soothing and calming the nervous system, allowing the brain to be still and the body to feel balanced and deeply relaxed. The space that Ellie holds is inclusive, empathetic and safe, with a client base that can often lean towards the neurodivergent community and women heading into and going through mid life phase.

I hold space in this session for your body to sink deeply into a state of total relaxation. To allow you to let go and for your busy mind to take a break. A moment of self care and re-balancing.

Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing that works across mind, body and spirit. It's a deeply transformative and profound, yet subtle, hands on healing method. I work intuitively as a channel for Reiki energy to flow to you and it will instantly go where it's needed most.

We’ll start with a consultation then you’ll be invited to make yourself comfortable (fully clothed) under blankets on a massage bed. I’ll open with sound and space cleansing before settling you into the session with gentle meditation using the breath. After the treatment is finished I close with sound and space cleansing and we'll chat over a herbal tea.

Modern life can be a lot. I hold space in this extended session for your body to sink deeply into a state of total relaxation. To allow you to let go and for your busy mind to take a break and just be still. 90 minutes of nourishing healing. A moment of self care and re-balancing.
