POLICY: - if you are more than 10 minutes late without letting me know your appointment will be cancelled & I will require payment in full before another booking is made - if there are less than 50% of lashes left then you will be charged for a full set - cancellation with less than 24 hours notice requires 50% of the full payment to be made - a £10 deposit is required (transferable once if cancelled within 24 hours) - please attend your appointment alone if possible PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE CAR PARK AS THIS IS FOR PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY!
