Staff were excellent- incredibly professional, great advice, very competent. Staff were also incredibly kind. Lovely experience and very happy with the haircut!

Thank you Santana for giving me the first haircut I’ve loved in a long time. I went in without a plan after trying to grow my hair long and not loving the result. She told me exactly what to do to make my hair look good and got it so right. I’ll be back! ❤️

Kepa’s an excellent stylist who I’ve been going to for many years! He really understands what will work well for my hair and his cuts grow out so well. I now live in Scotland but still go to him for most of my haircuts. Rachael also does an amazing blow dry and all the team who work there are lovely and friendly.

Always so pleased with my hair after a wee visit to Rust & Roots! I make the trip across London since I’ve moved out of the area as they’re so good. Nora is an absolute pro (so pleased with my cut today and the colour is still great after months) Rachel and the whole team are also lovely. Highly recommend - best in London!
