Take the opportunity to find out what craniosacral therapy is and whether it is the right treatment for you.

CST treatments are one hour long. Please allow 75 minutes for this first session to have time for a chat/consultation before your treatment.

First Craniosacral therapy session

Offers

This is a gentle complementary therapy which aims to release tensions stored in the tissues, while improving general health and well-being.

Craniosacral therapy is a light-touch therapy, carried out through the clothes, without oil, on the whole body. You will be lying down on the massage table on your back. It is preferable to wear loose, soft clothes.  

Benefits:
Improves the flow of fluids throughout the body (blood, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid).
Helps release tensions accumulated in any area of the body.
Restores balance to the body.
Starts and promotes the self-healing process.

Craniosacral Therapy

Natural facial lift massage or facial rejuvenation incorporates techniques from Japanese face massage, Indian face massage as well as acupressure and reflexology to provide a natural facelift. There are no side effects to this facial massage and it offers a deeply relaxing method of facial care.

For optimal results, 4 to 6 sessions are recommended within the first two months, followed by once-a-month treatments. To facilitate this, facial massages are either 30 or 45 minutes long, the 45-minute option consisting of an extended lymphatic massage on the neck and head.

The massage is carried out directly on the skin using oil. For this massage you will be lying on the table covered with towels. The massage focuses on the chest, arm, neck and head areas. Wearing a vest top or removable straps is recommended to avoid getting oil on clothing above the bra. 
Please note this massage is not recommended for 3 weeks after procedures with Botox or fillers. Please do not wear makeup.

Facial Lift Massage

A massage focusing on relaxation and combining techniques from Swedish massage, lymphatic massage, thai foot massage, myofascial and Indian head massage according to your preference. To experience a full body massage please book a minimum of one hour.
The massage is carried out directly on the skin using oil.

Relaxation Massage - light to medium pressure

A more intense treatment than relaxation massage, recommended for addressing pain and discomfort.
