MYDIETITIAN was founded through a passion to empower patients/clients, to shift their mindsets from the typical diet mentality to a healthy relationship with food; to set realistic and achievable goals; and to translate the nutrition hard science into digestible parts... MYDIETITIAN offers nutrition counseling and management on various nutrition-related conditions, with a special interest in the following: - rebalancing female hormones for fertility - polycystic ovarian syndrome - pregnancy and breastfeeding nutrition - irritable bowel syndrome - sustained weight loss - paediatric obesity
