Milestone Therapy Centre offers a range of holistic therapy services to meet your wellbeing needs. Services include sports / therapeutic massage, reflexology and reiki treatments in our treatment cabin along with pilates classes in our therapy gym space. Find us situated just on the border between Stalham and Ingham with plenty of free parking.
