For strand packages up to 30 Strands, you will not be charged until the time of your appointment. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your appointment **Strand packages 40 and over require a 50% deposit and no less than 48 hours to cancel. You will be charged 50% of your strand package if you cancel after your cancellation window and 100% if you do not show up.
