Soma Equilibria is quite different. I offer an unusual mix of therapies for both body and mind, from massage, acupuncture, clinical reflexology and aromatherapy to hypnotherapy informed by my degree in counselling psychology. My speciality is the deep reset: for busy brains, tense bodies, poor sleepers, chronic stress, aches, pains, anxiety and those times when you’re simply running on empty. Everything takes place in my private treatment space in Temple Cloud, designed for one person at a time. No busy salon, no conveyor belt of appointments and no standard treatment routine. With such a varied toolkit, your treatment can actually be about you. Come in, get comfortable, tell me what’s going on, and we’ll work out what your body and brain need that day.

I’ve tried lots of different treatments with Kay now and all are brilliant. I tried the shirodhara treatment for the first time and my goodness it’s lovely. My hair felt fab after! Highly recommended

My Japanese head spa with Kay was absolutely incredible!! She’s the kindest most welcoming person and I immediately felt relaxed, he space is stunning and the perfect place to chill out and unwind. Kay went above and beyond and I will definitely be back! Loved every minute xxx
