This rating would have been much lower if it weren’t for Mary. I wasn’t satisfied with the service initially provided by her colleague, but Mary stepped in and corrected the work with great professionalism, kindness, and care. She completely turned the experience around and made sure I left satisfied. I truly appreciate how well she handled the situation.
