The service was lovely and the staff were friendly, however, unfortunately the massage itself was very underwhelming. For $150 for 1.5 hours, I was expecting a much better massage and to leave feeling relaxed and like I’d really had my money’s worth. Usually I fall asleep at massages. The technique and overall treatment didn’t meet my expectations. While I appreciated the friendly service, I personally didn’t feel the massage was worth the price. A little disappointing overall especially as a mum that never gets to go to appointments baby free and it was for my birthday!

We would like to gently clarify that the service booked was our Relaxation Getaway Package ($150 for 1.5 hours), which includes a relaxing massage along with back and leg exfoliation. This package has received some wonderful reviews from other clients. However, it is designed as a relaxation and pampering experience rather than a remedial or deep tissue massage. We understand that perhaps a deeper, more therapeutic massage was what you were expecting. After speaking with the therapist, she also mentioned that she incorporated hot stones into your treatment as an additional gesture, even though hot stones are not included in this particular package. We also genuinely wish we had known about your disappointment when we spoke at checkout. It would have given us the opportunity to better understand your concerns.

Wonderful gentle and holistic hair treatment from Gloria who always goes above and beyond to make your head and neck feel as healthy as can be. Highly recommend this salon for all things relaxation, hair and beauty. Thanks again

The service was terrific! However the credit card charges were not. It is illegal to charge credit card charges! Not happy about that at all.
