At Cosmo Medispa, 10D HIFU for the full face, neck and chin is a key treatment, with clients also mentioning HIFU for the lower face and jawline. The clinician explains each step and the treatment benefits before proceeding, answers questions without rushing, and checks that clients are comfortable throughout.
