Best lash place ever. Ive been to a few different places and my lashes last longer from here ( I lose less between fills) and they are reasonably priced.

it’s day 3 and the lash keeps falling off quickly . I don’t know if it’s the glue or something else because water hasn’t touched it since installation

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing unexpected shedding and would be happy to take a closer look. 🤍 For you and anyone reading, our policy is designed to support our clients after every appointment: concerns within the first 3 days qualify for a complimentary touch-up. After that, we offer reduced fill pricing, including $40 within the first week, followed by our 1–2 week fill and returning-client loyalty rates. Please send us current photos of both eyes. We keep photos from your original appointment and would be happy to compare the retention, assess what may be happening, and have our artist help with the best solution. We’re always here to help our clients feel confident with their lashes. 🤍

This was my first time getting lash extensions so I have nothing to compare the experience to, but everything went fine! The process was comfortable, the price was as expected, and the result was exactly what I wanted.
