For each appointment, I note the condition of their body, I listen to what they are having problems with, I treat accordingly & then, if it’s not going to be a quick fix, I continue to reflect after they have left on how I can help them better at their next appointment. No person is the same & I therefore do not have a one size fits all approach to help a client achieve health and improve their well being.
