It was a completely new experience for me, and I must admit, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions at first lol! But overall, it was an AMAZING experience! I absolutely loved the customer service. Shenice took the time to guide me through the entire process, explaining what she was doing every step of the way. She also made sure the environment was comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. I truly appreciated the experience from start to finish. Definitely a 10/10! ❤️
