Prenatal massage is relaxing and nurturing at a time most needed for the both of you. Your massage therapist will focus gently on areas of discomfort common in pregnancy, such as the lower back, swollen ankles and joints within a full body massage. A prenatal massage can also improve circulation and help to decrease water retention.
