Lana was lovely and took her time blow drying and curling my hair. She listened carefully to how I wanted it styled and clearly put a lot of care into the appointment. Unfortunately, despite using hairspray and leaving the curls to set, my hair fell flat almost immediately after I left. That was disappointing, especially given the cost of the service. I don’t think this was due to a lack of effort on Lana’s part. She was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to achieve the look I wanted. I just wish the style had lasted longer!
