Relaxed environment, excellent client engagement and listening skills. Respected quiet times - constant chat should always be driven by the client. I am thrilled with my hair and felt confident in the products used. See you again Nov 21

Katie is lovely, talking to her about how my hair has changed since menopause, she's given me good advice & my hair feels different. Looking forward to chatting with Katie again. Lovely atmosphere.
