Went for very short style. Whatever Karen does, it still looks feminine and shaped really nicely. Had my usual colour which Karen talked me through a couple of appointments ago and which I now love. I had glass of cool water and a cuppa. I am so happy with my hair which is why I immediately made my next appointment with Karen.
