Anna and Fernando really takecare of their clients, they encourage, listen and support where possible. Really enjoying my time at EMs fit. And I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially women of a certain age that want to start strengthen training, to join with Anna and Fernando.🥰🥰

Today the 4th of July is my first Assessment, with Ana. I love my first approach and all the advices I got from her. I am in my menaupose and I am looking forward to feel better about myself in the future. I trust that I will do whatever it takes to succeed in my new routine.
