Emma consistently gives a 5 star hair experience! I always look forward to her signature head massage’s and friendly chats in addition to her excellent colour, cut and blow dry hair skills. Today’s late appointment was a bonus being the only client in the Salon…so relaxing!

My experience at Kaia has always been great with a welcoming space, and the staff are so friendly. Emma has styled my hair a few times now, and I’ve been really happy with the results. My hair feels great, and I appreciate how well she listens to what I want. Overall, it's a lovely place, and I would definitely recommend it!
