Nose Piercing

Earlobe piercing is not highly painful for most clients regardless of age. Scientifically, it is least painful for infants under one.

Due to the inability to explain the service, infants usually react from between 15-45 seconds due to both the pinch, and surprise, so a short period of discomfort can occur. This reaction is usually reduced significantly with numbing cream.

Numbing cream greatly reduces the sensation of piercing on ear piercing services. We use a 5% non-prescription alma cream. Creams takes a minimum of 15 minutes to take effect, with peak effects taking place after 25 minutes, fading within about an hour.

If applying from prior to your salon visit, please apply approximately 15 minutes before arrival.
