I had an amazing massage experience. Adam worked deeply through all the muscles, releasing tension throughout my entire body and paying special attention to the areas where I had the most pain. The pressure was perfect, and I could really feel the difference after the session. Very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and tailored the massage to my needs. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much more mobile. This was my second massage therapy session, and once again, I had an amazing experience. I’m very happy with the treatment. Highly recommended,10/10 At the beginning , he examined my body posture and asked questions about what exactly was wrong, he is really patient and he answered all questions I asked even during the massage… At the end of the session he gave me some stretching exercises , right after the session I felt lighter . I already booked my next appointment with him.
