Thank you for introducing me to frisbee. For almost three years, we’ve enjoyed playing together nearly every morning, feeling like kids again, exercising, laughing, and sharing positive energy.

Thank you, Sven, for your trust and loyalty over the years. It’s always a pleasure to take care of you!

Thank you so much for your kind words and trust I’m really happy to hear you felt lighter and more comfortable after the session. Every body is different, so I always try to adjust the treatment carefully to what your body needs that day. It truly means a lot that you took the time to leave this review. Thank you again, and I look forward to seeing you next time 🙏

I’ve been going to Viva Reset every week for a while now and I’m really happy with the results. After many years of football, I’ve had ongoing issues with tight hamstrings, hips, groin, and general stiffness. I’ve tried different treatments before, but working with Viva has honestly made a noticeable difference. Since starting regular weekly treatments, I’ve definitely noticed better mobility, less tightness, and overall just feeling better in my body. I’m moving more freely and recovering better as well. I can highly recommend Viva Reset if you have long-term tightness, old sports injuries

Ally, Thank you for your kind words 🤍 I love that you mentioned frisbee on the beach — that kind of natural movement is exactly what the body needs. My role is simply to help your body move more freely, so you can enjoy moments like that with less tension and more ease. Looking forward to supporting your next reset.
